2. Provide training on cultural sensitivity and recognizing unconscious bias
3. Use suppliers that also are committed to Diversity and Inclusion
4. Seek to improve diversity in recruiting and your talent pipeline through external partnerships
5. Assess and partner with teams to support equity and inclusion in HR (Create employer resource groups for different comp, promotions, training opportunities, employee mobility, thru fair practices for reduction of force) and business operating practices.
6. Ensure product and employer Brand communications and advertising reflect the cultural sensitivity and unconscious bias aligned to Company values.
7. Measure, report, and action plan with a blend of innovation, continuous improvement and sustainment.
